Fumata Bianca Smoked White Rye Beer is on the shelf!
In our not-so-humble opinion, if there is such a place as “beer
mecca,” it’s Franconia in northern Bavaria. There, in and around the baroque
city of Bamberg, the tradition of smoked beer has been carried over the
centuries and is still going strong today. We’ve modeled our smoked white rye
lager after the best examples of the Bamberg style, which are delicately
smoked, but we’ve also added a wealth of aromatic hops, in proper American fashion.
